Looking for an exciting new challenge in the hospitality industry? Our hotel/resort is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment within the hotel, ensuring that our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. An Engineering Supervisor maintains high morale for the engineering shift;
teaches engineering staff how to maintain and repair equipment; solicits suggestions or input from other members of the engineering team; coaches or counsels team members effectively; staffs consistently to achieve standards for the department; and discusses problems with employees as they arise.

Qualifications- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 3-5 years preferred
- Refrigeration, HVAC certification or journeyman level experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems and all related disciplines
- Basic computer skills, administrative skills
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees
- Valid driver's license preferred
