Customer Quality Engineer
Minimum of 3 years' experience as customer quality engineer in automotive or electromechanical technology business
Interface with internal teams on customer concerns
Experience using tools to identify root cause (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys, etc.)
Management systems experience
Familiar with ISO
9001, ISO/TS16949, VDA or equivalent standards
Experience in the implementation of core tools including APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and development of control plans
