Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or related field

7+ years of product design or mechanical engineering experience with electromechanical assemblies

Direct sensor product design experience (current, position, accelerometer, pressure, or similar)

Proven track record of releasing products into high-volume manufacturing

Expert-level proficiency in CAD tools (NX, Creo, Solid Works, or equivalent)

Advanced GD&T and tolerance stack-up expertise

Hands-on experience with prototyping, debugging, and production support

Experience leading DFMEAs and design reviews

-12+ years of product design experience in sensors or electromechanical assemblies

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Prior technical lead or formal mentorship experience

Experience in automotive or industrial sensor environments with knowledge of ASIL, EMC/EMI, IATF 16949

Familiarity with sensor physics (magnetic, acceleration, pressure) and signal processing or calibration concepts

Experience designing components for high-voltage / high-current applications

Deep supplier management or manufacturing floor leadership experience

Experience with structural and thermal FEA tools (Ansys, Abaqus, or equivalent)
