Civil Project Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Project Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Vice President of Land Development in a position that is heavily client-facing and involves site visits, permit application support, construction assistance, and evaluation of land use and zoning requirements. The role focuses on overseeing drawings and design work for various private, commercial, and K-12 projects throughout Southeast Michigan, with a strong emphasis on land development.
Responsibilities- Engage in client-facing activities and conduct site visits.
- Support permit application processes and provide construction assistance.
- Evaluate land use and zoning requirements for projects.
- Oversee drawings and design work for private, commercial, and K-12 projects.
- Collaborate daily with the design team and clients.
- Perform project management activities, focusing on land development.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
- 7 plus years of experience in Civil Land Development projects.
- Project Management skills, with ideally 3 plus years of experience.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 to 12 months.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10 plus years of experience (preferred).
- Experience with K-12 projects (preferred).
This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester Hills, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
