Essential Duties:

• Sales projects
• Restock snacks/clean coffee machine
• CI expert
• Greet guests with custom presentation
• Farewell to customer
• Answer phones for sales
• Track floor time sales
• Daily check about hospitality level in the showroom (e.g. cleanliness, availability of beverages, marketing material, magazines, decorations)
• Daily check of bathrooms
• Maintenance of digital touchpoints/technical showroom equipment (such as controlling digital signage, sound system, VRCC, DRRC app, showroom assistant, etc.)
• Being aware of appointments in the showroom for the following day to ensure hospitality (e.g. greeting with customer name, providing preferred refreshments, quick guidance to the right counterpart etc.)

Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury service and guest relations, such as roles in concierge, gastronomy/waitstaff, reception, or other hospitality professions.
