Position Details
Position Purpose
Provide direction in fiscal, operational and personnel matters for the Division of Academic Affairs. Monitor, forecast and analyze revenue and expenditures in various funds, and provide financial and data analysis. Monitor and reconcile faculty salary budgets. Serve as business manager for academic units. Work with academic units in developing new program budgets, and track and monitor financial activity.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of four (4) years’ financial analysis, forecasting and accounting experience.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with computer database and spreadsheet applications, including development of complex database applications.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Masters degree.
- CPA .
- Knowledge of and experience with university administrative systems.
- Experience in higher education.
