EVP, Chief Financial Officer & Controller

Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a Michigan community bank in their search for a EVP & Chief Financial Officer. This is a multi facet role that will initiate and coordinate projects involving multiple functional areas of the bank.

The selected candidate will participate in community and industry related activities to contribute to the image of the bank. This role will recommend practical ways that enhance the bank's objectives and goals by using good judgement, creative and strategic thinking. Our client is seeking candidates with strong finance and/or lending experience that also includes a background managing bank employees and enjoys being a mentor.

The qualified candidate must be an excellent communicator with proficient conflict resolution skills. A Bachelor's degree is required along with 15+ years of financial services experience including previous management experience.

This role offers a long term career with the potential to move into the CEO role.
