RN – ICU (13‑Week Contract)

Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Rochester, MI
Pay Rate: $50/hr – $55/hr

Shift

Hours:

7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., No Call, 3‑12's must be available for at least one holiday. 2:1 nurse/patient ratio. Every other weekend required. One week of RTO (Requested Time Off) allowed.

Duties: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, document care, and teach patients and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health‑care team and participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals, ensuring implementation of those solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Schedule Notes:

• Minimum 2 years ICU experience, experience with CRRT.
• Cerner experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Shift: 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.;
  Every other weekend.
• 1 week RTO allowed.
