Acord (association For Cooperative Operations Research And Development) is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to analyze, develop, coordinate and implement desktop installations and security practices across campus.
You will provide campus-wide support to students, faculty and staff, troubleshoot OS and network issues, train users, and contribute to knowledge base and processes. The role also includes backup support to the DTS staff and occasional training on new or changing procedures.
