Associate Attorney

We are seeking a capable, motivated Associate Attorney with at least 1‑3 years of real‑world experience in divorce, estate planning, and/or probate to join our growing law firm.

This position is ideal for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to develop into a confident, well‑rounded practitioner.

• Handle divorce and family law matters from intake through resolution
• Draft and execute estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney)
• Manage probate and trust administration matters
• Appear in court, mediation and communicate with clients, and move cases forward
• Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient case progression

You will not be micromanaged, but you will be expected to take ownership of your cases.

• Licensed Michigan attorney in good standing
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on legal experience (family law, probate, or estate planning preferred)
• Comfortable handling client matters with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and professional

Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience)

Bonus potential based on performance and productivity
