• Handle divorce and family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft and execute estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).
• Manage probate and trust administration matters.
• Appear in court and mediation, communicate directly with clients, and move cases forward.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case progression.

You will not be micromanaged—but you will be supported and expected to take ownership of your cases.

• Licensed Michigan attorney in good standing
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on legal experience (family law, probate, or estate planning preferred)
• Comfortable handling client matters with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and professional
