Project Manager - Automation Equipment

In this role, you’ll be the key driver of new product development and support activities. As this is a smaller team, you’ll own multiple manufacturing and equipment build projects simultaneously. This includes driving project schedules, enforcing deadlines, and coordination of engineering, purchasing, and production resources.

• Track parts, materials, and fabrication progress daily
• Manage vendors, lead times, and subcontractors
• Run project kickoff meetings and weekly execution reviews
• Identify production bottlenecks and remove obstacles
• Control scope, cost, and schedule changes
• Maintain accurate project cost and margin tracking
• Communicate directly with customers on milestones and delivery
• Support equipment testing, delivery, and installation as required

• 8+ years of experience with manufacturing or industrial equipment projects in shops with a smaller headcount (20-50)
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience with teams in equipment fabrication, welding, and assembly
• You must have a good mechanical aptitude, with an ability to turn a wrench if needed
• Exposure to areas such as quality, OpEx, and working directly with vendors
• Background with ERP, MRP, and Excel

$100-120K/year base salary, with bonus This is a direct-hire position, with a full benefit package.
