CNC CAM Programmer – Injection Mold Tooling

About the role Picture your day beginning on a clean, well-organized shop floor where precision matters and craftsmanship is celebrated. You review a new mold program, optimize tool paths for 3D surfaces, and step over to a Makino to run your setup. A teammate asks for a quick look at a Heidenhain control sequence; you help, then return to dialing in a finish pass on a complex cavity.

By day’s end, you’ve taken a CAD model from programming to a verified part, collaborating along the way with peers who care as much about quality as you do.

Schedule Day shift options: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.Shift premium offered for Night shift

Flexible schedules that support work/life balance

What you’ll work onEnd-to-end 2D and 3D CAD/CAM programming and machining for plastic injection mold tooling

Setups and operation on Makino, Fidia, or DMG equipment

Utilization of Heidenhain and Fanuc controls

Optimizing tool paths for 3D surfaces and validating 2D operations

Applying laser tool setting and leveraging machine macros

Safe use of overhead cranes and forklifts

What you bringA dependable teammate known for good judgment, honesty, and integrity3–5 years of CNC programming experience;
Tebis proficiency is a significant plus Background in plastic injection molds

Comfort within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Familiarity working with oils and lubricants

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; some bending and climbing; pushing and pulling

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
