Molding Technician

The Molding Technician will operate and monitor molding machines, ensure product quality, and maintain efficient production flow. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a team-oriented setting.

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform basic machine start-up, shut-down, and monitoring functions.
• Inspect molded parts for quality, defects, and consistency.
• Trim, assemble, and package finished products as required.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe (5S standards).
• Report equipment issues, defects, or downtime to supervisors.
• Support changeovers and material handling as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
