CNC Mold Programmer Axis Machinist; Tebis​/CAD‑CAM

Position: CNC Mold Programmer & 5‑Axis Machinist (Tebis/CAD‑CAM)
Step into a day where precision meets craftsmanship

You start your morning reviewing toolpaths you created in your CAD/CAM seat, validate them at the control, and move seamlessly from modeling to metal. You’ll program complex 2D and 3D work—largely for plastic injection molds—and then bring those programs to life on Makino, Fidia, or DMG equipment using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls. As part of a tight-knit, family-owned Tier 1 Supplier, you’ll collaborate with peers, share know-how, and grow into a leader through industry-specific training and career development.

What you’ll work onEnd-to-end CAD/CAM programming for 2D features and complex 3D surfaces;
Tebis experience is a major plus

Set up, prove out, and run jobs on Makino, Fidia, and DMG machines

Operate with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls, optimizing feeds, speeds, and strategies

Apply laser tool setting and leverage machine macros to increase repeatability

Safely use overhead cranes and forklifts to stage and move work

Your background3–5+ years of CNC programming experience (Tebis proficiency strongly preferred)
Hands-on knowledge of plastic injection mold manufacturing

Track record performing set-ups and running precision jobs Comfort in a manufacturing environment and around oils and lubricants

Team-first mindset with sound judgment, honesty, and integrity

Schedule and work environment

Day shift positions available 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.We provide a Shift premium for Night shift

Physical aspects: constant standing and walking with some bending and climbing, plus pushing and pulling
