Rochester Area Neighborhood House has partnered with Mondo Unlimited to recruit a mission-centered, relationship-driven Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter of service and community impact. Founded in 1968, Neighborhood House is a nonprofit human-services organization that partners with the community and other service providers to help neighbors experiencing hardship meet immediate needs and move toward greater self-sufficiency.

Through food and clothing assistance, financial support, counseling, case management, financial literacy, career services, and other programs, Neighborhood House provides prudent, compassionate assistance to individuals and families in need. The next Executive Director will join Neighborhood House at an important moment. The organization has a strong foundation, an established presence in the community, and a recently developed strategic plan that provides direction for the future.

The opportunity now is to translate that strategy into action while strengthening the organization internally, expanding its visibility and relationships externally, and ensuring that future growth remains mission-centered and sustainable. This role calls for a leader who can balance continuity and change; someone who respects the people, relationships, culture, and programs that have made Neighborhood House successful while bringing the energy, leadership, and accountability needed to increase its impact.
