Required Skills:

• Current RN license and NBCRNA certification
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Masters or Doctorate)
• Valid Board Certification (AANA) required
• BLS, ACLS; PALS preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, administer various anesthesia types, monitor patients, and manage complications confidently

• Experience with arterial line insertions, IV placements, and floor intubations
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system (moving to June 2026)
• Prior experience in a hospital-based anesthesia setting with adult and geriatric patient populations

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Prior experience working in a Level 3 trauma hospital or similar facility
• New graduates are encouraged to apply, with appropriate supervision and mentorship provided

• Willingness to work 8 or 10-hour day shifts in a hospital environment
• Ability to obtain temporary privileges within approximately 90-120 days
• Mileage reimbursement is not provided for travel to the facility
• No reimbursement for background checks, application, or credentialing fees
