Neuro Care Home Health provides one-on-one nursing care for individuals with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions. Our nurses help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while delivering skilled, individualized care in the home.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse who values relationship-focused care and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

• Starting pay at $36.00-$38.00/hour
• One-on-one home care not a facility job
• Weekly pay with optional daily pay
• Guaranteed raises at 6 months and 1 year

• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor vital signs
• Provide skilled nursing care based on the client's individualized care plan
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team
• Educate clients and family members regarding care and treatments
• Support client comfort, safety, independence, and quality of life

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependent, and professional
