Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in education research, social science, statistics, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

* A minimum of two (2) years experience in some combination of assessment, statistical analysis and program evaluation in higher education or other closely related field.

* Experience with data cleaning, reporting, and analytics.

* Strong experience of, and a desire to, work on projects with accuracy and attention to detail.

* Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

* Master's degree.

* Three years of experience in assessment and institutional research in a university setting.

* Professional experience working with confidential medical data.

* Experience with program assessment and student learning outcomes.

* Knowledge of survey research and data collection and reporting, including experience with survey software such as Qualtrics or Survey Monkey.

* Demonstrated experience using relational databases.

Unless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered.

Position Details Position Purpose

Under the direct supervision of the Program Director and the Assessment and Compliance Coordinator, the Accreditation & Assessment Specialist provides general administrative support and specialized assistance in assessment, compliance, and accreditation. The primary focus of this position is to support the execution and coordination of the OU MPAS Program's assessment and compliance activities.
