You will serve as the primary leader for store operations, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly. Your duties include managing cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations; maintaining store standards; and leading a team to deliver a high‑quality pizza experience.

• Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
• Food management, schedule adherence, and store cleanliness.
• Marketing, profitability, and adherence to standards.
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and transportation plans.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Accurate monetary change handling.
• Verbal, written, and telephone order processing skills.
• Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements.
• Order entry using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Potential exposure to adverse weather when removing trash and other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some areas.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Work in cramped quarters, such as walk‑in coolers.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

• Standing:

  Short distances and durations on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces.

  Move bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; lift from floor to shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carrying:
  Transport large cans, pizza sauce (up to 30 pounds), pizza dough trays (approx. 12 pounds each).
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Move trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Climbing:
  Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance.
