As a Shop Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us deliver on our promise of excellence, and serving others by delighting people for all of life's celebrations.

As a Shop Assistant at the Viviano Flower Shop of Rochester, MI branch you will work directly with our amazing team to receive and process shipments of flowers. You will also help ensure that the overall appearance of the store is a positive experience. This is a part-time position, and requires availability to work three days a week. The available shift is Tuesday, Thursday, and either Saturday or Monday.

• Unload and unpack incoming shipments of flowers
• Examine shipments of flowers for any defects or damage
• Sort and distribute product to correct storage locations
• Keep storage and inventory areas cleaned and organized

• Self-starter, "get-it-done" personality who will take initiative from day one
• Thrive in a fast-paced and physical environment
• Reliable
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
• Able to frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Able to stand on their feet and walk for 8 hours a day
