Freight Brokerage Sales Specialist

Overview

We are seeking ambitious, logistics professionals to expand our Brokerage Sales Team. You will develop your own book of business by providing logistics/transportation solutions to customers utilizing our cutting‑edge technology.

• Create industry specific prospect lists and initiate sales calls to prospective customers
• Partner with prospects/customers to understand business needs, product lines, and transportation requirements
• Understand market trends to capitalize on opportunities, generate new customers and grow book of business
• Market SFL services through calls, emails, texts, social media, in‑person visits with current customers and prospects
• Provide exceptional service ensuring all customer needs are met with integrity and professionalism

Base Salary, Plus Commission both increasing as targets are met;

• Familiar with load boards, TMS, negotiating rates and transportation industry
• Strong dedication and assertiveness to succeed in the logistics industry
• Some evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
