Overview: Energetic Call Center Representative needed to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, database maintenance, and collaboration with the call center team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation Extraordinaire:
  Dive into outbound calls to generate leads and discover potential customers; explore diverse prospecting methods to expand our lead database; qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
• Appointment Setting Maestro:
  Set appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads; coordinate appointments with finesse; follow up to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled as needed.
• Database Rockstar:
  Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead databases; record lead interactions in the CRM; provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment setting activities.
• Collaboration Champion:
  Work closely with the call center supervisor and teammates to align lead generation strategies; maintain a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Performance Metrics:
  Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets; monitor and analyze KPIs related to lead generation and appointment setting.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of customer service experience
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills
• Experience navigating CRM software and lead tracking systems
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• High school Diploma or GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
