• Diagnose and repair complex electrical system issues, including wiring harnesses, sensors, modules, and control units.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on automotive air conditioning and climate control systems, including refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and recharging.
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot interior and exterior trim components, ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Utilize diagnostic scan tools and multimeters to pinpoint electrical and electronic faults.
• Interpret and apply technical information from service manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and meet Fox Automotive's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure a smooth workflow and comprehensive vehicle care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a specialization in trim, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• ASE certifications in relevant areas (e.g., A6, A7, A8) are highly preferred.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and scan tools specific to automotive electrical and HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with automotive air conditioning system diagnostics, service, and refrigerant handling (EPA 609 certification is a plus).
• Manual dexterity and ability to work with small components and wiring.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
