• 3‑5 years of experience with residential and commercial plumbing
• Apprentice Plumbing License (Required)
• Journeyman Plumbing License (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Knowledge and experience in repair and general maintenance of plumbing
• Excellent written, verbal, and digital interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 100 lbs
• Confidence and comfort with day‑to‑day sales and customer relationships
• Professional and punctual
• Ability to use tools of the trade such as plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels, and screwdrivers
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and sales skills with an enthusiastic personality

• Perform repairs and installations of plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, gas lines, garbage disposals, etc.
• Perform general maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent emergencies
• Keep and maintain records such as customer job summaries, time spent on the job, and materials used and purchased for the work on paper and iPad
• Prepare and provide estimates to customers
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Maintain impeccable communication with dispatch and management teams
• Maintain and clean company truck regularly
• Follow current rules and regulations to ensure plumbing systems pass inspection the first time
• Participate in ongoing training that aids in development and success as a professional
