Manager of Electrical
- Plumbing Department
- Facilities Management Plan
Organize and supervise facility maintenance and services dealing with building electrical, plumbing, and elevator components and systems.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s Degree relevant to position or a combination of education and experience
- Current Michigan Master Electrician license
- 5 years of experience in Facility Maintenance
- Experience with plumbing piping and systems
- Extensive experience supervising bargaining unit employees
- Knowledge of BMS, controls, PLCs, Square D, medium voltage switch gear, and radial distribution systems
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
