Responsibilities- Prepare work papers, reconcile accounts, and compile financial statements for clients
- Process payroll and prepare payroll tax forms
- Have an understanding of client accounting software (Quick Books, Sage, etc.)
- Provide timely and accurate accounting assistance per client requests
- Assist with individual and business tax preparation services
- Assist in fieldwork at client offices
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- A minimum of one year of similar experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs
- Strong multi-tasking skills
