As an accountant, you will be responsible for the financial accounting&controls for the business. the primary responsibilities of the role will include facilitating the monthly close process and ensuring the proper maintenance of accounting controls and processes.

* This role will be Hybrid (2-days a week in office) and it is required that you are located within 50 miles of our Corporate Offices in either Mendota Heights, MN or Loveland, CO. In-person attendance is expected to foster collaboration, innovation, and team connection.

• Support monthly accounting close process for the business.
• Prepare key accounting analyses and related journal entries, account reconciliations and management reports.
• Preparations of financial statistics and information at appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly intervals
• Support business projects from an accounting and control perspective
• Support a strong control environment. Hold self and others accountable for continuous improvement for internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 1-5 years of experience in public accounting or relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to apply them to recurring transactions
• Excellent prioritization&organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
• Verbal&written communication skills that provide direct, succinct messages and can be understood by financial and non-financial business partners
• Ability to identify areas of improvement and work with management to optimize processes
• Proficiency in MS Office:
  Word, Excel, Power Point

• Previous experience with SAP
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

The compensation range for this role is below.

$60,000 - $75,000
