We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations for a Long-term Contract position in Rochester, Minnesota. Responsibilities:

• Manage invoice processing, payment workflows, and supporting documentation to keep accounts payable activities accurate and timely.
• Monitor incoming payments, assist with customer or internal billing matters, and maintain organized accounts receivable records.
• Perform account reconciliations by reviewing transactions, identifying discrepancies, and following through on needed corrections.
• Support routine accounting operations, including journal-related tasks, record maintenance, and financial data verification.
• Review financial entries for completeness and accuracy to help ensure dependable reporting and compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, resolve accounting issues, and improve day-to-day financial processing.
• Assist with month-end or periodic close activities by preparing schedules, reconciling balances, and organizing supporting materials.
