Pay rangePay range: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the premises.
- Provide information about the company and direct individuals to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Provide basic information about the company and its services.
- Monitor and maintain office supply levels to ensure a well-equipped and organized workspace.
- Data entry and assist the office coordinator.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
