- Perform non‑clinical administrative support tasks such as scheduling, coordination, and follow‑up for meetings, events, and professional travel.
- Manage calendars and prepare documents and presentation materials.
- Process invoices and reimbursements.
- Compose and transcribe correspondence and documents.
- Support departmental projects and activities.
- Create and maintain web sites, web pages, databases, spreadsheets, and social media accounts.
- Answer telephones and provide related follow‑through.
- Exhibit initiative, proficiency, and adaptability to optimize the time of those supported.
- Maintain strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Demonstrate proficiency with computer hardware and software, telecommunication, and other office equipment, and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness through attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED with at least two years of administrative support experience.
- OR one‑year college degree or diploma in an administrative, business, or medical‑related program with at least one year of administrative support experience.
- OR an associate’s degree in an administrative, business, or medical‑related program.
- Experience performing meeting management, calendar coordination, correspondence, and business software tasks such as creating databases, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- High‑level organizational, customer‑service, professionalism, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and rapidly shift tasks in a changing environment.
- Effective judgment, decision‑making, confidentiality, and follow‑through.
- Experience coordinating travel and expense management.
- Proficiency in English grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure; recent work experience preferred.
