Works independently to coordinate assigned processes/programs, such as appointment, application, interview, scheduling, pre‑ and post‑matriculation, orientation, and committee support. Serves as a resource and interprets department‑specific policies and procedures. Handles many activities and challenges simultaneously with minimal direction, using good judgment in facilitating phone calls, meeting scheduling, and other assignments. Serves as a resource and/or trainer for applicable technology systems, coordinates and maintains learner/faculty data, and has working knowledge of accreditation requirements.
Supports the graduate medical education (GME) office and performs policy maintenance, website updates, new trainee orientation, expo liaison, awards, and other annual projects. Acts as the education administrative coordinator for the Clinical Innovation & Entrepreneurship program, preparing future physician leaders.
This position combines remote and on‑site work; the individual must live within a 100‑mile driving distance to the Rochester Mayo Clinic campus.
Qualifications- High school diploma and five years of administrative experience, or associate’s degree and three years, or bachelor’s degree and one year.
- Preferred: leadership experience and academic medical education experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service, phone etiquette, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database, phone system, and other job‑specific technology.
- Strict confidentiality, collaborative and professional working style, adaptability to changing environments.
- Knowledge of medical licensure and visa categories is preferred (if applicable).

Compensation DetailThe pay range for this position is $23.89 – $34.47 per hour.

ScheduleFull Time, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. 80 hours per pay period. Hybrid remote/on‑site work with a 100‑mile commuting radius.
