Starting Pay - $23.18 to $34.77 (based on experience)
Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience.

Qualifications:
- Medical experience is preferred
- Prior computer experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates/maintains clinician, locum coverage, hospital nursing, and staff schedules, including processing and logging time off requests.
- Coordinates schedules while adhering to PTO, absence, and other time off policies.
- Processes time off/change requests based on staffing needs.
- Coordinates with supervisors to fill open shifts.
- Fields requests for appointments and other short notice events.
- Processes seniority and other requests for time off.
- Processes timecards for bi-weekly payroll.
- Coordinates schedules for cross training staff.
- Tracks attendance issues and reports infractions to the supervisor.
- Prepares training schedules for new hires.
- Maintenance of the scheduling software system.
- Other duties as assigned.
