Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
Identify potential future vehicle issues
Test drive vehicles to evaluate performance
Complete services efficiently and accurately
Replace or repair worn vehicle parts before failure
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
Solid knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
Effective communication and analytical skills
Basic computer and math proficiency
Willingness to learn new technologies and repair procedures
Ability to use diagnostic and testing equipment
High school diploma or GED required
Technical degree or certification preferred
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
