As an Automotive Technician you will receive comprehensive training programs that certify you to perform a wide range of mechanical services, including lubrication, core tasks, brakes, and tires, providing the skills and confidence to excel.

• Promote teamwork to deliver on‑time and accurate guest care during operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, providing clear communication and feedback about vehicles
• Keep workstation and service center clean and presentable
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service, including component replacement and full brake flushes
• Understand the entire braking system and answer customer questions
• Diagnose and pinpoint issues within the braking system and other vehicle systems
• Diagnose and repair engine performance, suspension/steering, electrical, heating/AC, and other systems
• Use the computer system to provide estimates for parts and labor using programs such as All DATA, Auto Zone, O’Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA, etc.
• Road‑test vehicles before and after service to ensure all work meets standards
• Assume secondary duties such as lubrication (transmission and radiator fluid), fuel services (fuel filter and system cleaning), tire rotations, and gearbox service

• 1–3 years of automotive experience
• 1–2 years of experience working on brake systems
• Ability to provide training and supervision to the store’s apprentice teammate
• ASE certification in brakes (A5) required; preferred certifications in engine performance, suspension & steering, electrical systems, and heating & air conditioning
• Automotive technical or trade school degree preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
