• Perform body and frame repairs efficiently and accurately according to estimates and standards
• Complete welding, soldering, body alignment, and refinishing operations as required
• Inspect vehicles to identify additional safety or service needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Conduct final inspections and test drives to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Follow all company policies and regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in body and frame repair
• ASE certification in body repair preferred
• Auto Body Vo-Tech certificate or ICAR certification preferred (not required)
• Ability to operate frame and measuring equipment per vendor standards
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to safety
• Physical ability to lift 10–60 lbs., kneel, bend, and work in various environmental conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Frequent walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting
• Working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
• Exposure to noise, dust, paint, exhaust fumes, and other shop materials
• Operating industry-standard equipment and tools
  
  Lifting up to 60 pounds and utilizing manual dexterity
• Required safety gear: safety eyewear, hard-toed, and slip-resistant footwear
