The work
  • Build and lead a top 1% outbound sales development team — one every other department wants to hire from
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain exceptional SDR talent
  • Create a culture of learning, accountability, and high performance
  • Set clear goals, define success metrics, and manage team performance against them
  • Develop and continually reinvent outbound tactics and strategies to stay ahead of the market
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align outreach with company goals
  • Lead from the front — demonstrate best practices and set the tone for excellence
  • Use data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and inform strategy
  • Break down company-level objectives into actionable team plans
  • Foster curiosity, resilience, and a love of craftsmanship in your team
Who you'll work with
  • Sales Director and Account Executives to ensure pipeline health and conversion
  • SDRs — your direct team — to help them grow and perform
  • Product leadership to understand the story we’re telling the market

  • CEO and company leadership to share learnings and shape the go-to-market strategy
