- Develop and continually reinvent outbound tactics and strategies to stay ahead of the market
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align outreach with company goals
- Lead from the front — demonstrate best practices and set the tone for excellence
- Use data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and inform strategy
- Break down company-level objectives into actionable team plans
- Foster curiosity, resilience, and a love of craftsmanship in your team
- Sales Director and Account Executives to ensure pipeline health and conversion
- SDRs — your direct team — to help them grow and perform
- Product leadership to understand the story we’re telling the market
- Engineers to stay close to what’s being built and why
- Marketing to align campaigns and messaging
- CEO and company leadership to share learnings and shape the go-to-market strategy
