Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Rochester, MN. The Regional D2D Sales Manager will oversee and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring the achievement of sales goals within the assigned regional market. Responsibilities include training and supporting sales teams, creating strategies to drive sales growth, monitoring key performance metrics, and fostering relationships with partners and clients. The role demands hands‑on involvement in daily operations, recruitment, and performance evaluations to ensure a high‑performing and cohesive team.
Qualifications- Proven sales experience, preferably in direct‑to‑door (D2D) or technology‑oriented sales
- Team management, leadership, and performance evaluation skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Problem‑solving aptitude and ability to analyze performance metrics
- Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting systems
- Flexibility to work in changing conditions and meet targets effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with in the technology services or related industry is a plus
