No. The position is a combination of remote and on‑site work; the individual must live within a 100‑mile driving distance to either the Jacksonville, Rochester or Scottsdale Mayo Clinic campus.

Serves a primary role in supporting software applications and/or modules across the Education Shield. A variety of technologies are supported, including vendor‑delivered, SaaS, and in‑house developed solutions. The Education Systems Coordinator is the initial support contact for problems, how‑to’s, and advice with Education systems by answering the phone, responding to emails within a shared mailbox, and processing tickets within the Mayo Clinic ticketing system.
They regularly review and maintain support documentation of Education systems, explain basic concepts or procedures in a clear, concise, and easy‑to‑understand manner for a diverse customer base, learn new applications, work with internal staff Enterprise‑wide and with external customers worldwide, mentor and support interns, prioritize day‑to‑day and project work, and escalated complex system issues to the Education Application Analyst.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Mayo Clinic does not participate in the F‑1 STEM OPT extension program.
QualificationsRequires a bachelor’s degree and one year of work experience in a systems or application support role, or at least five years of experience in such a role with an emphasis in Education. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with customers, work independently as well as part of a team, function in a self‑directed manner in a multi‑task environment, spend a portion of each day on the phone with customers, manage a shared email inbox and ticket queue, maintain positive customer service, and document all customer interactions within the ticketing system.
Must also be able to maintain and keep up to date Education’s Classroom in a Box (CRIB).
$31.49 – $47.25 / hour
ScheduleFull Time. Monday – Friday, floating schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. Rare occasions for hours outside of those.
