What You'll Do
You'll connect families with Early Learning Scholarships, guiding them through application the application process and helping them access educational opportunities for their children.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Guide families through scholarship applications via phone, email, and in person
* Process applications and maintain accurate records
* Attend community events to spread awareness and connect with families
* Collaborate with team members and community partners
What We Need
* 3 years of administrative or customer service experience, OR a relevant degree
* Strong people skills and comfort helping others
* Organized with attention to detail
* Comfortable with computers and databases
* Bonus:
Early childhood or grant experience

Flexible Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM with hybrid options after 90 days. Occasional evening/weekend events.
