Service Master Restore® – Water, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

At Service Master Restore, we restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind after water, fire, and smoke losses. We are seeking an experienced Lead Restoration Technician / Crew Chief who understands drying science, leads from the front, and holds teams accountable for quality and compliance.

• Lead water damage restoration, fire and smoke mitigation, and related remediation projects.
• Direct daily jobsite operations for technicians and subcontractors.
• Perform and verify moisture inspections, moisture mapping, and psychrometric calculations.
• Determine appropriate drying, cleaning, containment, and deodorization strategies in coordination with Project Management.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust drying, filtration, and air scrubber equipment.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company SOPs.
• Document moisture readings, equipment placement, job progress, and photos using restoration software.

• 1-3+ years of experience in building construction knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership or crew lead experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Availability for emergency response and on‑call rotation.

• IICRC certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Experience with insurance‑driven restoration and adjuster coordination.
• Experience assisting with job scoping, supplements, and scope validation.

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour.
