Commercial
Foremen who know how to run crews, read plans, and get jobs done right. If you’ve led construction crews before--especially fencing crews--and don’t need your hand held, we want to talk to you about joining our Rochester, MN team.
Leading crews in the field (not babysitting, actually leading).
Setting layout, reading plans, and making sure installs are correct.
Installing and overseeing chain link, ornamental iron, wood, vinyl, and gates.
Making sure jobs stay on schedule and don’t turn into a mess.
Keeping the site safe and enforcing basic safety rules.
Talking with project managers, inspectors, and customers when needed.
Tracking daily work, materials, and labor.
Requirements What We’re Looking ForReal experience as a construction foreman or strong lead (fencing preferred).
You know fencing — chain link, iron, gates, operators, the whole deal.
Can read prints and figure things out in the field.
Can manage a crew without yelling or losing control.
Shows up on time, every day.
Valid CDL and clean driving record required.
OSHA is a plus, not a deal breaker.
- Can pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen, in accordance with local and federal laws and regulations.
Solid pay based on experience -- $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
- Opportunity for a relocation stipend of up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
