Project Manager, Procurement ​/ Purchasing, Site Manager

RG Construction Services is a commercial wall and ceiling union contractor that primarily serves the Greater Chicago Area, Northern and Central Illinois, Eastern Iowa, Southern Wisconsin, Ohio and Northern Indiana, however, has established relationships and is now executing work throughout the U.S.

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester, MN on the Mayo Clinic - Bold.

Unbound project. This role will support the RG onsite team working as a trade partner to the Gilbane | McGough Joint Venture.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, resources, and subcontractors; managing materials and logistics; and maintaining clear communication with clients, field teams, and suppliers. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, monitoring quality and compliance, conducting site inspections, and proactively addressing risks and issues. The Project Manager will also prepare progress reports, support accurate billing, and uphold RG Construction Services’ standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

• Minimum 5 years of experience within a like firm to RG Construction OR GC is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (is preferred)
• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and coordination of materials and equipment.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage material flow, site deliveries, and coordination with suppliers.
• Experience in commercial construction, preferably wall and ceiling or related trades.
• Proficiency with project management software and common construction tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling platforms).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across field and office teams.
