Job Summary

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. Core duties include parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting guests with luggage.

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet, use their last names, and employ proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
• Assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, and opening all vehicle and hotel doors.
• Provide directions, coordinate taxis, make reservations, and answer inquiries about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Deliver messages, items, and requested guest amenities.
• Shuttle guests to approved locations and explain parking rates and retrieval procedures.
• Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks from all guests before returning keys.
• Consistently complete and maintain all ticket information (key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, claim check receipt).
• Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when required.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• At least one month of related experience or training (or equivalent education and experience).
• Knowledge of customer service principles and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English and simple instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills with American currency.
• Understanding of 24‑hour and military time systems, and associated rates.
• Manual transmission operation and parallel parking desirable.
