Client Outreach Specialist

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is hiring a Client Outreach Specialist for a contract‑to‑hire hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, with a client located in Minneapolis, MN.

• Make timely and professional outbound calls to new clients.
• Request and document required information needed to finalize account onboarding.
• Provide clear guidance to clients regarding next steps or required documentation.
• Record call outcomes and maintain accurate notes in internal systems.
• Escalate any issues or concerns to the onboarding team as needed.

• Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Detail‑oriented with reliable documentation habits.
• Previous banking or call center experience preferred.

Base hourly range: $15‑$35 per hour, depending on experience.
