Position: Member Service Representative - DAHLC - FTE .5
Mayo Clinic -  - Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via telephone, electronic media, and in person in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
Respond to customer inquiries and manage member records;
Promote DAHLC and Mayo Clinic Healthy Living services;
Schedule appointments and handle patient registration, check-in, and check-out;
Process payment transactions and perform desk functions;
Support DAHLC multi-line telephone operation and service desks;
Maintain knowledge of services and programs at the Healthy Living Center and promote Healthy Living philosophy;
Create Mayo Clinic Access cards for eligible non-Mayo customers of the HLC;
Monitor building safety and security and respond to operational issues;
Identify problems and recommend changes to improve work unit effectiveness;
Respond to emergencies within the center using an AED and water-safety protocols when needed;
Exercise sound judgment in stressful situations and take appropriate action
