We are in search of a dynamic Dental Treatment Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental healthand smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule:
You'll be thrilled to know we work a 4 day week and NO WEEKENDS!
- Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday OFF
Our Dental Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
- Educate patients on their benefits and how to maximize those benefits in an easy to follow way.
- Communicate with insurance companies to follow up on claims and ensure collections.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Process and complete claim forms.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of working in a dental office
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Experience with presenting Dental Treatment Plans
- Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix
- Strong knowledge of Dental operations
