Role Description This on-site, full-time Dental Hygienist role is based in Rochester, MN. The Dental Hygienist will provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, examinations, and patient education on oral hygiene practices. Daily tasks include performing dental prophylaxis, assessing and monitoring periodontal health, assisting in the detection of dental conditions, and documenting clinical findings. The role also involves collaborating with dentists and team members to develop and implement patient care plans, maintaining a safe and clean clinical environment, and supporting a positive, family-oriented patient experience.

This includes providing comprehensive periodontal care, administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (where licensed), capturing diagnostic radiographs and intraoral photographs, educating patients on oral health, utilizing advanced periodontal therapies, and collaborating closely with our doctors to deliver exceptional patient care.
