Principal and Upper Grades Teacher
beginning with the
2026–2027 school year

Position Overview

The Principal & Upper Grades Teacher will provide
spiritual, instructional, and administrative leadership
while teaching upper elementary/middle grades. This role is well-suited for an educator who values small-school ministry, teamwork, and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
  Christ-centered leadership
  aligned with Seventh-day Adventist education
• Teach
  upper grades
  while supporting overall instructional quality
• Serve as
  principal
  , overseeing daily operations, staff collaboration, and school programs
• Work closely with the
  school board, pastor, parents, and conference

Qualifications

• Commitment to
  Seventh-day Adventist Christian education
• Experience in
  elementary and/or middle school teaching
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Flexibility and a collaborative spirit well-suited to a small-school setting
