Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director of Community Education and Key Kids Coordinator, the Inclusion Support staff functions as behavioral support and intervention to students within the Key Kids School-Aged Child Care program. The Inclusion Support staff may work with students in a 1-1 role or with small groups of students. This person works collaboratively with Key Kids Lead Staff to help develop strategies that can support positive behavioral outcomes.
Qualifications:
Two years of post-secondary education or experience in education, social work or related field. Demonstrated knowledge of child development. Minimum of one year experience working with school-age children and students with disabilities or behavior needs. Ability to work as team member, to work independently, and to supervise staff.
